Disabling AdGuard for Windows (Desktop Application)

If the Share menu does not appear even after disabling your browser extensions, a system-wide ad blocker installed on your computer may be the cause.

Specifically, if you are using the AdGuard for Windows (Desktop App), it filters network traffic independently of your browser extensions. This can sometimes block the scripts required to display the Gyazo menu.

Please check the following settings in the AdGuard app:
How to fix:
Open the AdGuard app (Look for the green icon in your taskbar or system tray, not the browser extension).
Go to Settings > Network.
Check the "Traffic filtering" (WFP driver) settings.
Try temporarily disabling this feature to see if the issue resolves.
Alternatively, go to "Filtered applications" and uncheck your browser (e.g., Google Chrome) to exclude it from filtering.

After changing these settings, please reload (refresh) your browser page and check if the Gyazo Share menu appears.

Note: Other security software or antivirus programs with "Web Protection" or "HTTPS Scanning" features may cause similar issues. If you use such software, please try adding gyazo.com to its exception/allow list.
