How to Resolve Payment Issues for Gyazo Pro Subscription
If you are experiencing issues with your Gyazo Pro subscription due to a failed payment, here are the steps you can take:
Check Payment Method:
Ensure your payment method is up-to-date. If you are using PayPal, verify that your account is active and linked correctly.
Especially with PayPal, it seems that the first debit may fail even if there is nothing wrong with your PayPal status. In many cases, the billing seems to succeed on the second retry.
If using a credit card, contact your credit card company for more details on the decline.
If your payment information is currently updated, please just wait until the next automatic retry.
Automatic Retry:
Our system will attempt to charge your account again within a day or two. If successful, the warning message will disappear, and you can continue using Gyazo Pro.
Account Downgrade:
If the payment retry fails, your account will be downgraded to a free user in 10 days. However, your images will not be deleted, and you can still access them via their URLs.
Re-subscribe:
If your account is downgraded, you can re-subscribe to Gyazo Pro by visiting Gyazo Pro.
Image Access:
Free users have image viewing restrictions. Upgrading to Pro will restore full access to all images.
