Unable to view images on a smartphone or when sharing links

Unable to view images on a smartphone or when sharing links

If a Gyazo URL works on your computer but shows an error on your smartphone or when shared with others, please check the image privacy settings.

Cause:
The image visibility is likely set to "Only me" (Lock icon).
With this setting, the image can only be viewed by the owner while logged in. It cannot be seen on devices where you are not logged in, nor can it be seen by other people.

How to fix:
Please choose the solution that fits your needs:

Option A: To view it yourself on a smartphone
If you want to view your own private image on a mobile device:
1. Go to the Gyazo homepage on your mobile browser.
2. Log in with the same account you use on your PC.
3. Access the image URL again.

Option B: To share with others (or view without logging in) : Set the privacy settings of the image
If you want to send the link to friends or view it on a device without logging in:
1. Open the image page on your PC (where you are already logged in).
2. Click the Lock icon (Only me) located above the image.
3. Change the setting to "Anyone with the link".
4. The image is now accessible to anyone who has the URL.
