When using a coupon code for Gyazo, please note the following points:
1. Payment Method Restrictions
All currently issued coupons are only valid for payments made via credit card. They are not applicable to PayPal payments. If you intend to use PayPal, please be aware that you will not be able to use the coupon.
2. Check the Applicable Subscription Plan
Coupon codes may have a specified subscription period for which they are valid.
There are coupons specifically for monthly plans and others specifically for annual plans.
Please be sure to check the notes and terms of use when you received the coupon, and confirm once again that it matches the plan you are subscribing to (monthly or annual).
If You Applied the Coupon Incorrectly
If you used the coupon with an incorrect payment method or plan and were charged the regular fee, please contact Support. We will confirm the situation and assist you.
