Desktop app remains "Free" or won't log in (Browser Settings)

If you are logged into Gyazo on your web browser but the desktop app remains as "Free" or fails to log in automatically, your browser's Cookie settings may be blocking the connection.
The Gyazo desktop app relies on your default browser's cookies. If your browser blocks these cookies, the app cannot sync your account status.

Please add gyazo.com to the allowed list in your browser settings.

For Google Chrome:
Open Settings from the menu (three dots).
Go to Privacy and security > Third-party cookies (or "Cookies and other site data").
Scroll down to "Sites that are allowed to use third-party cookies" (or "Sites that can always use cookies") and click Add.
Type gyazo.com and click Add.

For Mozilla Firefox:
Open Settings from the menu (three lines).
Click Privacy & Security on the left.
Scroll down to "Cookies and Site Data" and click Manage Exceptions....
Type https://gyazo.com in the address field and click Allow.
Click Save Changes.

For Microsoft Edge:
Open Settings from the menu (three dots).
Click Cookies and site permissions on the left.
Click Manage and delete cookies and site data.
Under the "Allow" section, click Add.
Type gyazo.com and click Add.

After changing these settings, please restart the Gyazo desktop app and try logging in again.
