Forgot email address
We can help. There are two ways to find the email address you used.
1. Launch the Gyazo App to automatically log in to your Account
Launch the Gyazo App and upload captures. This process will automatically log in to your account without entering your email/password.
Visit your settings page and you can see your email address printed there.
Note: This won't work if you reinstalled your OS, if you Disconnect a device from your account, or if you completed Account email address verification.
2. Search for the "Welcome to Gyazo" email in your inbox
When you create an account, Gyazo sends an email titled "Welcome to Gyazo" to your registered email address. If you search for
Welcome to Gyazo you should be able to find the email in the corresponding account. The email address which receives that email is the registered email address for Gyazo.Note: You may not have registered for Gyazo yet.
Gyazo can be used without an email address being registered. However, we always recommend you register your email address to create an account. It protects your Gyazo data, especially when changing to a new computer or reinstalling the operating system.
