Getting a receipt

If you subscribe with a credit card, you can get receipts for your payment by visiting Your Settings > Billing .

If you subscribe with PayPal, an email regarding your payment should be sent to your registered email by PayPal. You can also check the PayPal order history page to find a link to your receipt for Gyazo.

The documents you can download from this page are labeled as a Receipt, but they contain all the necessary billing information—including the amount, date of transaction, and service details—and should function as a valid invoice for tax purposes.

If the downloaded Receipt does not meet the specific requirements of your tax audit, please let us know. We would be happy to manually generate an official document labeled "Invoice" and send it to you via email to ensure you meet your tax obligations.
