How to Disable Gyazo from Starting Automatically with Windows
To prevent Gyazo from launching automatically when you start your computer, follow these steps:
Open Task Manager: Press
Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task Manager. Navigate to Startup Tab: Click on the "Startup" tab( 
).

Locate Gyazo: Look for "GyStation" in the list.
Disable Gyazo: Right-click on the Gyazo entry and select "Disable".
You may need to restart your PC to apply this setting.
By completing these steps, Gyazo will no longer start automatically with Windows.
Please note that if you set this, Gyazo won't be stationed so you cannot use Shortcut keys feature.
In this case, please click the Gyazo icon to launch Gyazo.
