Check the current subscription status
For Gyazo Pro user:
After logging in, you can check the subscription information of your current contract from the settings page.
For Gyazo Teams user:
https: // (team name) .gyazo.com/team/billing Only Admin could be accessed to this page.
For the next billing date, please see the date and amount listed in
Next bill above.For Monthly plan users
The date when you start subscribing to Gyazo Pro or Gyazo Teams is the monthly renewal date.
eg. If you start subscribing with a monthly plan on May 1, the next renewal date will be June 1.
eg. If you start subscribing with a monthly plan on May 31, the next renewal date will be June 30 because there is no 31st in June. The July update date will be 31st.
For Yearly plan users
The date when you start subscribing to Gyazo Pro is the renewal date every year.
eg. If you start subscribing with the yearly plan on May 1, 2021, the next renewal date will be May 1, 2022.
* Gyazo Teams has a monthly plan only. We do not offer it as an yearly plan.
