Set the default access option for Gyazo Teams captures
To use Gyazo Teams, a Gyazo Teams account (paid account) is required.
* Admin-only feature
In Gyazo Teams, team admins can set the default visibility for newly uploaded captures.
For newly created teams, "Team members only" is selected by default.
Change this setting as needed to match your team's sharing policy.
Steps
1. Open the Team settings page.
The team settings screen opens.
2. Review the current setting for "Default access option".
For newly created teams, "Team members only" is selected by default.
3. Change the access option if needed.
The selected access option becomes the default for newly uploaded captures.
How this affects your team
This setting applies only to captures uploaded after the setting is saved.
It does not change the visibility of captures that have already been uploaded.
To change the visibility of an existing capture, the person who uploaded the capture must change it for each capture.

Notes
Even team admins cannot directly change the visibility of captures uploaded by other members.
If your team shares captures with people outside the team, make sure this setting matches your team's sharing rules.
If your team requires stricter privacy, see Prevent Gyazo Teams members from selecting "Anyone with the link" to learn how to disable the "Anyone with the link" option for team members.
