Access options for Gyazo Teams captures
To use Gyazo Teams, a Gyazo Teams account (paid account) is required.
In Gyazo Teams, each capture has an access option that controls who can view it when it is shared.
For basic steps on sharing captures, see Sharing Gyazo images.
For newly created teams, "Team members only" is selected by default.
The person who uploaded a capture can choose one of the following access options for each capture, if the team settings allow members to change access options.
To change the access option, click the access option icon at the top right of the image page.
* The icon changes depending on the currently selected access option.
Access options
Anyone with the link can access the capture, whether or not they are a member of your team.
This option is useful when you frequently share captures with people outside your team, such as customers, clients, or partners.
When you share a password-protected capture, people outside your team need to enter the password to access it.
You do not need to enter the password to access your own capture.
Members of the same team also do not need to enter the password to access the capture.
For more information, see Password lock captures.
Only members of the same team who have the link can access the capture.
People outside your team cannot view the capture, even if they have the link.
For newly created teams, this access option is selected by default.
Only the person who uploaded the capture can access it.
Other team members and people outside the team cannot view the capture, even if they have the link.
