Cannot access the Gyazo Teams admin page due to all Teams administrators having resigned

To use Gyazo Teams, a Gyazo Teams account (paid account) is required.

Steps for Internal Resolution

1. Temporarily Restore the Former Admin's Email Address
Contact your internal IT department, system administrator, or domain registrar to temporarily restore the former administrator's email address so that it can receive emails (or set up an email alias/forwarding to a current representative).

Go to the login page and use the password reset option to send a reset link to the temporarily restored email address.

3. Log In and Transfer Permissions
Set a new password via the link received, Login to Gyazo Teams account, navigate to the "Members" page at Team settings page, and transfer the administrator role to the new responsible user (or Change team member roles to "Admin").

If Internal Resolution (Restoring the Email) is Impossible
If your organization is small and lacks an IT department, or if restoring the email address is completely impossible, we will review your situation individually.
