Check and Restart Your Network Adapter

If you are experiencing a possible temporary problem with your computer's network adapter, try the following

Windows:

1. Right-click the Start button > Device Manager.
2. Expand Network adapters.
3. Right-click your active network adapter > Disable device.
4. Wait a few seconds, then right-click the same adapter > Enable device.

macOS:

1. Go to Apple menu > System Settings.
2. Click Wi-Fi or Ethernet in the sidebar.
3. Click Details... next to your active network name.
4. Go to the TCP/IP tab and click Renew DHCP Lease.
5. Alternatively, you can try restarting your Mac by going to Apple menu > Restart.
