Gyazo Video is not working (Windows)
This article is for Windows users.
If you can use Gyazo for screenshots but cannot record or upload videos with Gyazo Video, try the following steps in order.
1. Disable the new encoder
Change the frame rate, then clear the checkbox for the new encoder.
After changing the setting, record a short video with Gyazo Video to see whether the issue is resolved.
2. Check your network upload speed
If the upload fails after recording, check your network upload speed.
Video uploads may time out and fail when the upload speed is extremely low. If possible, try uploading the video again on a faster network connection.
