Gyazo is not working properly

This page will guide you through how to address the following issues:
- Gyazo is not working

If Gyazo is not working properly, please try the following steps in the following order.

First, please make sure that your environment is one that is supported by Gyazo.

1) Update your computer's operating system to the latest version.
Windows users
Please start Windows Update and make sure your computer is up-to-date.
For Mac users
Please update software from the system settings.

There is no need to delete the Gyazo app.
Reinstalling the Gyazo app will not delete the images stored in your account.

3) Restart your computer.

4) If you are not logged in as administrator, please try logging in as administrator to see if the problem is resolved.

5) If you are using virus software
Please check if your virus software is not blocking Gyazo.
Temporarily turn off your virus software and try uploading to Gyazo.

If the above does not solve the problem, please contact our support with the following information.

1) Detailed situation when the problem occurred
Nothing happens when I click on the Gyazo application on my desktop.
I launched Gyazo Video using a shortcut key. I tried to select a range of recordings, but an error occurred.
Please let us know if you have tried anything else yourself.

Please take a FULL-screen screenshot of your computer, including the error message, and send us the screenshot.
