Prorated charges when the number of Gyazo Teams members changes
To use Gyazo Teams, a Gyazo Teams account (paid account) is required.
The monthly price of Gyazo Teams is based on the number of registered team members.
When the number of members changes during a billing period, the difference is prorated from the time of the change until the next renewal date.
The adjustment is reflected in the next bill.
The standard USD price for Gyazo Teams is $10.00 per member per month.
The minimum monthly charge is $50.00, which covers up to 5 members.
Therefore, the monthly price remains $50.00 when the team has between 1 and 5 registered members.

For teams with 6 or more registered members, the monthly price is calculated as follows:
$10.00 × number of registered members

When the number of members changes
When a member is added, a prorated charge for that member is added for the period between the time of the change and the next renewal date.
When a member is removed, an adjustment for the member's unused time is deducted from the next bill.
If the number of registered members changes but remains between 1 and 5, the monthly price does not change because the minimum charge still applies.
If the number of members changes multiple times during the same billing period, each adjustment is calculated from the time of the corresponding change.

Examples
The following examples assume that the renewal date is the 1st day of each month and that the billing period from June 1 to July 1 contains 30 days.
The examples use full days to make the calculations easier to understand. Actual prorated charges also take the exact time of each member change into account.
Example 1: Increasing from 5 to 6 members
Members on June 1: 5
1 member added on June 16: 6
A prorated charge for the added member applies for the 15 days from June 16 to July 1.
$10.00 × 15 days ÷ 30 days = $5.00
The bill on July 1 is calculated as follows:
$60.00 monthly charge for 6 members + $5.00 prorated charge = $65.00
Example 2: Decreasing from 6 to 5 members
Members on June 1: 6
1 member removed on June 16: 5
An adjustment for the removed member's 15 days of unused time is deducted from the next bill.
$10.00 × 15 days ÷ 30 days = $5.00
The bill on July 1 is calculated as follows:
$50.00 monthly charge for 5 members - $5.00 prorated adjustment = $45.00
Example 3: Increasing from 4 to 6 members
Members on June 1: 4
2 members added on June 16: 6
The $50.00 minimum monthly charge already covers up to 5 members.
Therefore, a prorated charge applies only to the 1 member above the 5-member minimum.
$10.00 × 15 days ÷ 30 days = $5.00
The bill on July 1 is calculated as follows:
$60.00 monthly charge for 6 members + $5.00 prorated charge = $65.00
Example 4: Increasing from 5 to 7 members, then decreasing to 6
Members on June 1: 5
2 members added on June 11: 7
1 member removed on June 21: 6
A prorated charge for the 2 members added on June 11 applies for the remaining 20 days.
$10.00 × 2 members × 20 days ÷ 30 days = approximately $13.33
An adjustment for the member removed on June 21 applies for the remaining 10 days.
$10.00 × 1 member × 10 days ÷ 30 days = approximately $3.33
The total prorated adjustment is approximately $10.00.
The bill on July 1 is calculated as follows:
$60.00 monthly charge for 6 members + $10.00 prorated adjustment = $70.00
